welcome to the people's practice

Hi, I'm Jess

I am a Licensed and NCCAOM Board Certified Acupuncturist and Eastern Medicine Practitioner in New York. My training in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal studies began at The New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I earned a Double Master's Degree in Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine and Health Science. I later completed a Postgraduate Degree in Classical Acupuncture Techniques with Dr. Jeffrey Yuen.

For more than 17 years, I have worked as an Eastern Medicine Fertility Practitioner and Birth Doula. I offered Acupuncture on-site at CCRM NYC before and after embryo transfers, and I have long supported women healing from endometriosis, PCOS and related gynecological conditions.

My work as a Birth Doula and ocean diver led me to study Breathwork, Meditation and Yin Yoga. I know firsthand how the breath can steady the body and quiet the mind, and how emergence and patience are both natural ballasts of health.

Treating the whole person

Traditional Chinese Medicine brings together Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, Dietary Therapy, Cupping, Moxibustion and other healing modalities. Evolved over thousands of years, it restores health by bringing the body's energies back into balance.

There's no single point for a single disease. Two people with the same symptom may have entirely different imbalances, so every treatment is custom-tailored to you.
